Biography

Kari Schneegas is a Florida Registered Paralegal with more than eight years of experience in family law, personal injury, mass tort, and arbitration matters. She is the primary guide for clients during the discovery phase of their case here at Koster Legal, helping them understand what to expect and making the process feel less overwhelming. Kari also supports the attorneys by managing caseloads, preparing legal documents, and keeping cases organized and on track. Additionally, she mentors staff and develops efficient systems that enhance the firm’s operations. Kari earned her B.A. in Communications with a Minor in Pre-Law from the University of West Florida. She is committed to going above and beyond for clients, providing both the guidance and dedication needed to help them feel supported every step of the way.

Known for her detail-oriented and efficient work style, Laurie excels in managing attorney calendars, scheduling court hearings, and handling client communications. She is proficient in legal software and the Court’s E-Filing Portal. Laurie brings a positive attitude and strong organizational skills to every task, consistently thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Mandy is an experienced administrative and customer service professional with a strong background in office management, financial services, and client relations. She has successfully supported operations in legal, credit union, and consumer care environments, consistently recognized for her ability to streamline processes and deliver exceptional service. With proven strengths in leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration, Mandy has earned numerous awards for her performance and dedication. She holds an AS in Business Administration and a professional certification in credit union executive management.
